Did you know that the List to Sold Price percentage in The Woodlands is at 100%? That means sellers are receiving top dollar for their properties, while buyers are still able to find their dream home.

MARKET TRENDS ANALYSIS:

As a professional in the real estate industry, it’s important to understand the correlation between various metrics that can affect the buying and selling process. Looking at the data provided, we can see that there is a strong correlation between the Months Supply of Inventory and the 12-Month Change in Months of Inventory.

With a Months Supply of Inventory at 2.67, this indicates a seller’s market where there is a low inventory of homes available. However, the 12-Month Change in Months of Inventory at +48.33% suggests that there has been a significant increase in the number of homes available for sale over the past year. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as an increase in new construction or a decrease in demand.
