I have purchased a few properties in the past, but I have never received such Excellent, 1st Class, White Glove service like I received from Jennifer Yoingco. I happen to be working with a pretty small budget, probably smaller than what she's use to from most clients, but that did not stop her from providing me with the very best, top tier service as if I were buying a multimillion dollar property. Throughout the entire process and every step of the way Jennifer was already 2 steps ahead of what needed to be done. Before I had to ask or concern myself with any issue she already had it taken care of (unbelievable!). She always kept the lines of communication open with everyone involved. My family and I decided that we wanted to move from the West Coast to the Houston area. Having Jen on our side, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect realtor that had could help us find and represent us in our search. Along with a 3rd party inspector, Jen was able to assist in pointing out several other additional issues that the builder missed and needed to work on. By the time I arrived for the final walk thru, she was there to ensure all issues had been addressed. Overall I am thankful Jen was here to help me and my family out. I found her by searching through google. And I am thankful that she is the one I called. She is prompt in returning my phone calls and provide me a report within that day I called. When first starting our house hunt we were more nervous to find a reliable relator than the house Hunting part! From the very beginning Jennifer did everything she could to make this a stress free process! Before even meeting her she sent us very useful tips and timeframes regarding the home buying process! We sent her houses that we wanted to see and she did all the research regarding neighborhood and schools as well which was very important to us! She made herself available anytime we had a question regarding the process or the house! She offered us her opinion on the houses we saw which I loved because it's good to have another set of eyes when making a large purchase! Jennifer even gave us very valuable information when looking at different houses as to what is good and bad for resale which was amazing. She was ALWAYS thinking outside the box and one step ahead of us! It took one day for Jennifer to find us our dream home. She was aggressive with offers and would constantly reach out to lender/ seller for updates to get us in our home as quickly as possible. We did nothing but simply fall In love with a house everything else was done by Jennifer. As first time home buyers we were terrified to begin this search but she made the whole experience AMAZING for us and she will always be the first one we call! She provided her outstanding knowledge but was also there playing the friend role! Although we found our dream home it won't be our last home and we cannot wait to work with Jennifer again!

I wish I could give Jennifer a 10 out of 5 because she's that AWESOME! The time we sat down with her to go over our plans and goals. She explained the process in great detail things we had never thought of. After our initial meeting we felt very confident in choosing Jennifer as our realtor given her passion, desire, and knowledge we knew we were in good hands!
