New Territory Sugar Land is a massive master-planned community on the west side of the city of Sugar Land TX County, with over 40 subdivisions. Built primarily in the 1990s, the majority of the 4600+ houses in this neighborhood are traditional in design, with a few Mediterranean homes thrown in for good measure.
