Plenty of buyers are not qualified to purchase a home and this can waste the seller’s precious time. A REALTOR® can also help you sell a house fast and free of any burden!

The Commission isn’t as big as it is made out to be

Even though it costs the seller a fee for commission, it makes sense in the marketplace. The commission a seller pays a REALTOR® is typically a small percentage of the sale price and is split with the buyer’s agent. 

In most cases, the commission is more than worth it when you consider the time, effort, and money that a REALTOR® can save you.

Some REALTORS® will make deals with sellers if they use them to purchase their next home too. If you are a seller be sure and ask your REALTOR® about any incentives they offer!

In conclusion, using a REALTOR® to sell your home can be a wise decision. They can keep you safe from buyers, save you money, and provide valuable expertise and resources. 

While there is a cost associated with using a REALTOR®, the benefits they provide can more than makeup for it in the long run.

Remember a  REALTOR® only makes money when the house sells. If the REALTOR® is unable to sell the house, no commission is earned!
