Her comprehensive background provides a unique understanding of every stage of the lending process, allowing her to expertly guide clients from application to closing. Barbara is known for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. She works closely with homebuyers, homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals to provide tailored financing solutions and clear guidance throughout the mortgage journey. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Barbara grew up in Alaska and Oregon and has been fortunate to call several states home throughout her life, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, and now Tennessee. Today, she and her husband, Todd, work together as a mortgage team, combining their experience, knowledge, and dedication to deliver an exceptional lending experience for their clients. Outside of work, Barbara starts her mornings at local fitness classes, enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and exploring all that Tennessee has to offer.
