Cypress, Texas, is part of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD), one of the largest and most highly regarded school districts in Texas. CFISD serves a large portion of the greater Houston area, including the Cypress community. The district is known for its high academic standards, diverse student population, and wide range of extracurricular activities.

CFISD operates numerous elementary, middle, and high schools, providing quality education to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The district also offers specialized programs, such as advanced placement (AP) courses, gifted and talented education, and career and technical education (CTE) pathways.

Note: The list of schools is organized by suburb. Each suburb encompasses multiple school districts, not just one. For example, while Cy-Fair ISD is the primary district for the area, there are also other districts such as Katy ISD and Waller ISD. All the mentioned ISDs are included in this list.
