Shauntelle Parham is an award-winning home stager and a prominent member of the world’s largest and longest established group of real estate staging professionals, the Real Estate Staging Association. She secured two top ten spots in the Rising Star Vacant Staging category for North America and then went on to win the #1 spot in said category for 2023.  Shauntelle has also been featured in publications internationally as well as locally.

In 2024, Shauntelle was winner of the Best of the Best in Home Staging Real Estate and Design as well as Client Care Excellence by IAHSP. She was also nominated for Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging consecutively in both 2024 and 2025.

She is certified in luxury home staging through the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and is backed by a team of some of the areas foremost painters, remodelers, photographers, videographers, as well as a national network of vendors and suppliers.

Shauntelle is highly versatile and multi-talented, offering services ranging from luxury home staging to interior styling and medical office styling throughout the Greater Houston area. She is the only local award-winning home stager who specializes in medical office styling due to her background in the medical field. In her previous career, she worked as a practice advisor for a major hospital system where she advised physicians on their quality measures as well as network utilization.

Known for customizing and personalizing each project to highlight its architectural features, she is uniquely qualified to help luxury realtors sell properties quickly and for more money. She also forms a partnership with high end realtors to improve their real estate profile to give them a competitive advantage.

Her aesthetic is a neutral, modern transitional style with organic design, yet she does not provide “cookie cutter” staging. Each project is very different from the next to really focus on what’s best for highlighting the personality of each individual property. She brings in lots of texture and natural elements, as well as biophilic design where appropriate in all of her projects.

She works with some of the area’s leading realtors and physicians. She also partners with physicians to differentiate their medical offices by making them more functional while creating a more peaceful calming atmosphere helping put patients at ease.
