Where is Artavia?

When we arrived, it felt like we were leaving Houston. The community is beautifully surrounded by a natural wooded setting. This community’s tagline is “Live Colorfully,” which is a terrific concept and you’ll see this idea come to life as you drive around the neighborhood. Art appears to have been incorporated into nature for people to enjoy getting out and about while engaging with their neighbors and taking advantage of all the community’s amenities.

Artavia Community Available Educational Institutions
The community is within the zone of the highly acclaimed Conroe Independent School District which has mostly A-rated schools. Kindergarten to 4th grade students will go to either San Jacinto Elementary school. 5th to 6th grade students will go to Grangerland Intermediate.
7-8th grade students will go to Moorhead J H. While 9 to 12th-grade students will go to Caney Creek High School.
